The main roles we’re currently hiring for are Teaching Assistants!

We work closely with a lot of schools in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea to supply them with Teaching Assistants. They help in the classroom with the children and assist the Teacher in whatever way is needed.

In order to become a Teaching Assistant, there’s no qualification needed. We simply ask that you have atleast 3 months of experience working or volunteering with children in a professional capacity. This could be in a classroom setting, sports coaching, scout leadership or other options.

We’re also hiring Cover Supervisors.

Cover Supervisors take over the classroom when teachers are absent, they are in charge of teaching the lesson and making sure the children are behaving.

In order to sign up as a Cover Supervisor, we require you either have some experience working as one before, or you work a few shifts with us as a Teaching Assistant and then progress to start working as a Cover Supervisor when you feel you are confident to do so.

We are often hiring for School Administrators or Receptionists.

These roles are when the school office or reception need someone to help out with various admin work, to help manage phone calls and any other office tasks.
